Lead teacher - Miss Gingell

Art & Design is a time where pupils of all abilities can develop their creative, imaginative and practical skills, working individually or in groups.

Children are encouraged to use a range of materials to design and make products and are expected to improve their skills in specific art techniques as they progress through the school in, for example, drawing, painting and sculpture.

Children also learn about a range of artists and use their work as inspiration for their own creations.
