There are three challenges:
Challenge 1 - Agility
Challenge 2 - Athletics
Challenge 3 - T-Balance
There are 3 levels within each Challenge (level 1 is easiest, level 3 is hardest)
How to complete your personal challenge:
1) For each challenge first choose the level that suits you best (You only need to do one level but you are very welcome to try all three levels if you like!)
2) You must try each challenge 10 times and record your score each time.
3) When you have completed all three challenges 10 times each then please email only your highest and lowest scores for each challenge to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title "Personal Challenge". Please also say which level was completed for each challenge.
House points will be awarded for the best scores and the most improvement!!
