School Uniform

We are currently in the process of transitioning our school uniform sales from school stock to online purchasing with Price & Buckland.

We have a school uniform which is based on the colour theme of grey, gold and black. If your child is eligible for free school meals we will reimburse the cost uniform up to £50, please email admin@sharnbrookprimary.beds.sch.uk for more information. 

The majority of our uniform can be purchased from any shop. The branded items are in bold.

Winter Uniform

Grey jumper/cardigan with school logo

White polo shirt for children in YR - Y2

White cotton shirt with collar for children in Y3 – Y6

Black and gold striped tie (Y3 – Y6)

Black shoes should be sensible and appropriate to the weather (not trainers).

Black/white socks or black/grey tights. 

Black trousers, skirt or pinafore.

Hooded coat with loop for hanging

Book bag

 
Summer Uniform

Smart black shorts with a white polo shirt

Yellow and white striped or checked summer dress

School jumper or cardigan

White, grey or black socks

 
PE

Trainers,

Black and gold PE polo shirt,

Black PE sweatshirt (YR – Y4)

Black PE Outdoor Top (Y5 & Y6)

Black skort (Y3 – Y6)

Black jogging trousers and a long sleeved black base layer for colder weather

Long PE socks (for boys and girls in Y3 –Y6)

Children with hair past their shoulders should wear it tied up, otherwise short hair should be neat and evenly cut. 

Pupils should not wear nail varnish or have tattoos.
 
Please ensure that all clothing, footwear, lunchboxes, bags etc are clearly marked with your child’s name so that any found property can be returned.

Children should be encouraged to come to school without toys or personal possessions. The school cannot accept any responsibility for loss or breakage.

For reasons of safety we ask that children do not wear jewellery to school. Watches may be worn but they should be removed for PE. Girls with stud earrings (one per ear) should either remove them for PE or cover them with sticking tape.
